Leadership & accountability
Take ownership, build trust, and turn shared expectations into everyday behavior.

Inspiring individuals. Developing leaders. Building a culture of accountability, discipline, and purpose.
After a car accident left Anthony Bullock with a broken neck and back, doctors told him he may never walk again. His recovery involved ten months of physical and occupational therapy, daily prayer, and the support of his wife.
Today, as the founder and head coach of EP Wolfpack Academy, he brings that perspective to developing others: take the next step, reset after mistakes, and be ready for the next opportunity.
The story behind the standard
At the youth baseball level Anthony coaches, the next base is 60 feet away. On offense, earn those feet. On defense, keep the other team from earning them.
After a mistake, there is another battle: the next 60 seconds in your head. Take a breath. Reset your focus. Be ready for the next opportunity.
